Fiona Sampson's Rough Music (2010) was short-listed for the T S Eliot and Forward Prizes. Beyond the Lyric, a critical survey of contemporary British poetry, is published by Chatto in September. "Winter Bees" comes from Coleshill, to be published by Chatto and Windus in March 2013, and was commissioned by Poet in the City/The City of London Festival.
