Andrea Hollander (formerly Andrea Hollander Budy) has published four full-length poetry collections, including Landscape with Female Figure: New and Selected Poems, 1982-2012 (Autumn House Press, 2013). She is also the editor of When She Named Fire: An Anthology of Contemporary Poetry by American Women (Autumn House Press, 2009). Her many awards include the Nicholas Roerich Poetry Prize, the D. H. Lawrence Fellowship, a Pushcart Prize for memoir, and two poetry fellowships from the National Endowment for the Arts. The Writer-in-Residence at Lyon College in Batesville, Arkansas, for twenty-two years, she now lives, writes, and teaches writing in Portland, Oregon, where she is the recipient of a 2013 Oregon Literary Fellowship.
