Jackson Wheeler - Oxnard, California (USA):

April 30, 2001:
This book was written when I left the room to answer the
    knock at
at the door. It was inscribed by harlots who knew my
    middle name
and my mother's maiden name. It was read by men who
    gave
great speeches. The pages were ripped out by children I never
sired. It was a limited edition sold to the first 20,000
    subscribers.
