Ren Powell - Stavanger, (Norway):

April 01, 2001:
This book sings like marbles in a jelly jar
This book is bloody and elegant as kid gloves
This book lost its sour skin as it scraped past my teeth
This book has a cold current that startled my thighs and left
    me exhaused.
This book is by the poet of big words sitting crossed-legged on
the desk, slicing his students with wit--and so it this one, with
the one poem I like enough to remember, and that is saying
    something.
