PINCH is a literary journal focused on publishing work that dissolves boundaries set by traditional publishers. More than 90 % of PINCH's content is from unsolicited writers. The students and faculty editing this journal embrace the cultural legacy and grit & grind mentality of Memphis.
"Founded in 1980, the Pinch is a literary magazine run by the graduate students and faculty of the University of Memphis. We publish two print issues each year and our website regularly features prose and poetry in PJO, our online sister publication."
